I placed an order. When will I receive my subscription?
Orders are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Please check your inbox and spam folder. If you have not received your credentials after 1 hour, contact us via email or WhatsApp.
My app is not working. Does that mean my subscription is not working?
Not necessarily. App issues are often related to the player, not your subscription. Try a different IPTV player such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, or GSE Smart IPTV.
Why do some or all channels show No Information in the EPG?
EPG data may take up to 24 hours to load. Make sure your EPG URL is correctly configured in your player settings.
Do you provide apps with the subscription?
We provide IPTV credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) that work with any compatible IPTV player. We do not sell or distribute apps.
Live TV works, but movies or series do not work. What should I do?
VOD content may occasionally require a server refresh. Try restarting your player or clearing its cache. If the issue persists, contact support.
I entered my login details and it says invalid. Why?
Please copy and paste your credentials directly from the email. Avoid typing manually to prevent spaces or typos. Also ensure your subscription is still active.
Can I use my subscription on more than one device?
Each subscription allows 1 connection at a time by default. For multiple simultaneous connections, please check our pricing plans for multi-connection options.
Where can I find the installation guide?
Our installation guides are available on the Installation page of our website. We cover all major devices including Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, and more.
I want faster support. What should I include in my email?
Include your order number, the email used at checkout, your device type, the app you are using, and a clear description of the problem. A screenshot is always helpful.
